Ekeleke is a dance usually performed in June. The word means "dressing" indicating the importance of the entire outfit. Originally performed by women, the dance was adopted to men who represent the cultural traditions of the tribe. They must be accepted by the head of the dance troupe and undergo training. The dance is performed on stilts.
